1 Overview

At Alyx Jordan (part of The AJ Group), we appreciate that plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel or rearrange a session or service.

2 Cancellation by the Client

• Notice period: Email office@alyxjordan.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• No fee: Cancellations made with the required notice incur no charge, and you may request to reschedule at no extra cost.

3 Rearranging Appointments

• Give 24 hours’ notice to move your booking.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability but is free of charge within the notice period.

4 Late Cancellations

• Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the session may be charged the full session fee.

• This policy ensures fairness to other clients and efficient scheduling for our team.

5 Cancellation by Alyx Jordan / The AJ Group

• We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

• You will be notified promptly and offered either:

  1. A new appointment time, or

  2. A proportionate refund for any undelivered service.
