If cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice, no charges will be incurred, and you may request to reschedule the session at no extra cost.

3. Rearranging Appointments

If you wish to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Subject to availability, your session can be rescheduled without penalty.

4. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in the full session fee being charged. This ensures fairness to other clients and to our team’s scheduling commitments.

5. Cancellation by The AJ Group / Alyx Jordan

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option to reschedule or receive a proportionate refund for any undelivered services.
