Refund policy.

1. Overview

At The AJ Group (also operating under Alyx Jordan), we are committed to delivering high-quality services and content. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Downloadable or other digital materials once the download link has been issued

  • Strategy, mentoring, or coaching sessions that have already been delivered

  • Group programmes, courses, workshops, or masterminds once they have commenced

(Exceptions may apply—see Sections 3 and 4 below.)

3. Full Refunds

If a session, event, or service is cancelled by The AJ Group / Alyx Jordan without prior notice, you are entitled to request a full refund for the cancelled element. To initiate a refund, email office@alyxjordan.com with your order details.

4. Partial Refunds

If you attended a live session but are dissatisfied with the experience, you may request a partial refund within 7 days of the session date. Each request is assessed individually, and any partial refund is granted entirely at our discretion, taking into account:

  • The nature of the service provided

  • Evidence of the issue raised

  • The proportion of service already delivered

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to office@alyxjordan.com. Please include:

  1. Your full name and contact email

  2. Order or invoice number

  3. Date of purchase

  4. A clear explanation of the reason for your request

We aim to acknowledge all refund enquiries within 3 business days and to resolve eligible claims within 14 business days.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update or amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revisions will appear on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where material changes are made, we will give at least 14 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.
